The position
As a project manager, you maintain control over the development and realization of multiple spatial projects. You monitor the planning and budget, negotiate and reach agreements with suppliers and clients. You are always looking for opportunities to maximize the impact and achieve an optimal business result on a project.
You have a talent for organizing and find energy in setting up a well-thought-out process. Working from our studio in The Hague, you ensure that everyone involved can do their work efficiently and that there is room in the process for creativity and for exceeding expectations. With your organizational skills and persuasiveness, you ensure that projects are completed within budget, on time and to the client’s satisfaction.
About you
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position
- Completed higher education in commercial/economic studies
- Accustomed to working in an international (English-speaking) environment
- Experience with procurement and sales of products and services from suppliers and production partners
- Strong ability to assess which expertise and how much time and budget is needed to achieve the project goals
- You enthusiastically ensure that everyone in the project team can get the best out of themselves
- Good command of the Dutch language
